We have annual awards by the name "Excellencia". It recognizes the performances and achievements of employees for that particular year. The awards are held on a grand scale. Receiving an award at "Excellencia" is a great and proud feeling. Everyone cheers and claps for the winners. I received an award last year, while on of my colleagues received it this time.

Dislikes

I have seen success go to some individuals head. It brings a change in their attitude. I try to stay away from it.

Likes

Smart and experienced colleagues greatly help us and bring positive energy to the workplace. The work culture suits me well, providing relief. The rewards program motivates us and creates a positive environment. I wasn't rewarded this time, but my seniors appreciated me. This comforted me and made me feel confident that I could do my best for the next time.

Dislikes

Competition is tough, and expectations are always high. It's about staying on top in terms of performance.

This company is growing fast. The opportunities we work on regularly are independent projects and have to work at a pace to deliver every project with quality results. Challenges are no less but let me tell you something interesting, these challenges have made me a good learner and a problem solver that I wasn't. This is worst company and if someone join then I was his biggest mistake. They play only hire and fire.I have seen one employe, It was manager mistake but still they put all blame on him and fire him immediately. I worked there a given my notice period but still they hold my FNF. They are not realising my FNF amount now. After releasing after 2 days they called and ask for money & saying we are given you buyout. If it was a thing then why u not discussed and mentioned on the resignation. Although I was on provision period and after 1 month have given the resignation. Then they expecting the 3 month notice period....Read More

Nothing is good. They all are bunch of crooks. They management and HOD is very pathetic. If you involve them any discussion of mail. They not responded and never seen there HR and managers mistake.

I joined neosoft as a sr devloper , on very first day as soon a I put my bag on table on guy told me why you have joined this organisation, they fire people within one or two months. In starting i thinked that they are playing some inner politics . But things around me changes when I have observed that really they are firing and hiring people as they only belong a materialistic things to them . They will provide you 3 or 5 chances to clear client interview if u fail to do so they will fire you within one day . Same story goes with me , sometime client is not willing or intrested in candidate so ultimately they will reject u . So same happens with me they are spoiling many people carreer, they don't even have any emotions....Read More

Worst company i have ever worked with, Clients are also run away, this company have great-place-to-work, i don’t know from where they got it from begging. HR team also sleeping worst management i have ever seen.
