HR department is worst management. No value for employees. Another thing, terminates employees once client need satisfies and no projects. They hires for perticular project and terminates if no project instead of fitting resource to other table. This is what experienced by team mates. Not a good place to work. Never recommend.

The leadership team - it empathizes with you. It didn't lay-off off when the giants were,when pandemic hit. WFH is still applicable. We are hybrid. Lot of choices in terms of projects and learning opportunities. Compensation is as per market norms.

There's constant learning! You will never feel stagnant if one of your primary concern is learning. It makes you test your own capabilities and challenges to handle multi-projects of varied domains. The senior management and HR team is very co-operative. Best part, during COVID, it didn't lay-off a single employee. Instead, we are HIRING!
