There was an good annual increment and job security also.

Dislikes

My work experience at Nelito was not good. The HR and Project manager were also not cooperative or supporting. No work ethics at all.

Nothing, Nelito system is fake company. They are doing fraud help of NICSI (govt organization).

EPFO is also a sarkari babu type company because its a central govt organization so they treat contractual employee like slave.
