The working culture is good and also the clientele is very nice. You get to a chance to work with most high profile clients and companies.

The overall organization is highly unorganized which makes it very to challenging to work with cross functional teams and higher management is also not cooperative enough and much interested in exchanging there learnings and teaching there peers.

It is said that you dont quit because of a bad company. You quit because of a bad leader. In this case, it was applicable for me. A person who thinks shopify is a platform like facebook where you need to setup campaigns and is leading you is a career disaster.
