Customer care team is not supportive to me.

Customer care team never support to any one. They take all decisions without taking anyone. customer care team old person do all work on behalf they don't try to provide any knowledge to other customer care member they always say to new person to maintain only warranty data and try to manage calls and mails that's all about the CCE post in this company. This company is not bad by CCE rule and responsibilities are bad because they are not able to provide any work to any person as there needs and this team are not helpful to any one...Read More

1.Making warranty data. 2.Checking mails and reply on it. 3.Inbound and outbound of the calls. 4.Making good relation with customers. 5.Know how to reply in flexible way to manage the customer.
