Worst top level management. Too much regional politics. They are destroying business and future of NCS India Pune. Very unhealthy work environment due to few managers here. Good and hardworking people are just putting down their papers due to such managers and this will keep continuing if there is no restructuring in higher management, especially Infra side. Managers are more focused on their own reputation and image so they'll try to avoid to take any blame on them and target the employee and put the blame on him/her. If you are a skilled booot licker of these managers then you can stay here long,else you will be tortured here. Your annual leaves are not yours, since they are controlled by these managers when to take and how to take. Wfh is only for managers favourite employees. HR is the worst team I've seen here. They are not bothered about the problems or issues you facing day to day with internal politics and groupism that's happening. Instead they are controlled by the higher management or these project managers. HR are not bothered to reply you on teams. They just come office to sit, eat, gossips and chit chatting. Technology is not required but something else is the primary skill here 😜 Proxy , agency hiring is majorly done here and you will be asked to resign if you don't entertain such hiring's stupidity 😅 Whistle Blowers are simply side lined. 🤫 At the end their reply is " It's our/client choice" .

Good intent of the leadership team to engage and improve employee experience. Management is open for suggestions and willing to implement changes that will make a difference. Great place for freshers to start their career.
