I appreciated the chance to work on real-world projects like 'RLL - What's Cooking.' It helped me gain hands-on experience in designing and implementing a full-stack application with Angular and Spring Boot

While I enjoyed learning new skills and working on interesting projects at Mphasis, I felt there was a lack of job security. The requirement to meet certain exam scores to keep the job was challenging

Work life balance is good, Manager is comparative and Leave approvals are not at all Hard (if any pending). Learning is good. Team mates and work culture is average.

Dislikes

No salary Hikes for years. No increments and appreciation. Once selected please come with high package already so that , no worries till next few months/year.

Freshers won't treated good..High risk of lossing job for freshers, as No guidance for new joiner and no project allotment for long time and lastly they force to resign or they do it from their backend side! Thank you!

Job security is there, on the same hand there are no hikes and variable pays on the name of cost cutting is really terrible. If will get good clients or projects then may be these stats will change.

This company behave employees just like use and throw. There is no job security into mortgage processes .is there anyone decided to join Mphasis into mortgage project then just change your decision. Pathetic management. I was jobless despite being greate performance of 2 years.

All company experience depends on direct manager's behaviour and his/ her micromanagement style. So I have a mixed experience so far. Overall the company is trying to be a great place to work howerer, some managers are trying to make it hard the life for lower level executers.
