Likes

Team mates were very cooperative and supportive. Good career growth for beginners in accounting field. Nicely planned training facility, salary is good, travel facility is also good. Opportunity to learn the work integration with other departments with accounts like, sales, purchasing and procurement departments and tax and staff related also payroll department.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
