Likes

In the company we can learn all type of work as no one is appointed for any single work. Job security is good. Salary increments are less.we have to give more preference to work than our personal life.

Dislikes

Less growth. More work pressure and we have to work more than 12 hours a day. To is no Sunday holidays

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
