No matter how hard and dedicated you may work during your tenure it does not matter during your exit One of the worst experiences after the exit. It took around 3 months for me to get my experience certificate and F&F, that too after a lot of frequent follow up with the HR team Still after many months they have not cleared my PF account Very unprofessional HR and Admin teams and over the years lot of people are stuck in the organization, except for very few, lot of them are becoming useless to the organization because of the old culture and ways or work...Read More

During Pandemic NCC provided salary, not done any layoffs. If no new projects they will transfer to another department not terminate the employees

Dislikes

No Growth for Career and Upskilling new technologies. Salary and Promotions are not Satisfactory level. In a project if you do hardwork or not given any performance same increment for all employees with slight change.

It was a very good experience for me to working with NCC LTD and their senior specially Chief Manager Accounts Sir at North East area. Very good benifits they are providing as a company andgood learning atmosphere.

for myself projects are not upto the mark. In project sites salary payments to employees is very late, around 20-27 days delay.
