Employee are vey cooperative. The culture is different to one company to this company. Very helping nature.

Dislike only the part of the salary. At the time of interview they negotiate the present salary as CTC. CTC includes LTA and Bonus. These are annual components. Pf + LTA+ Bonus deduction employee will get Net salary. This is only the unsatisfied and disliked in this company. No proper hike will not get.
