Transfer Facility is also good but for whoever living with family and child are schooling than it is tipical to transfer them immediately. All are good in the company

Nothing here to dislike in the company.there should be strictly weekly off but some time it's depend on the site incharge. Timing is also more but as per industry here is good .

Working with NCC is a super experience. One will have independence to work and good culture.. Especially the management is very nice and very supportive.

During Pandemic NCC provided salary, not done any layoffs. If no new projects they will transfer to another department not terminate the employees

No Growth for Career and Upskilling new technologies. Salary and Promotions are not Satisfactory level. In a project if you do hardwork or not given any performance same increment for all employees with slight change.
