The only thing I like about the job is it pays decent enough if compared to industry standards. There is a good sense of job security because you will terminated only on two cases either it is done by you or if you have committed some kind unethical act.

Dislikes

There is actually no growth opportunities. Skill development needs a complete revamp here. Anywhere more than 3 years in this job you would be stuck at one skill of work only. On top of this work culture is pathetic and needs serious organisational changes. To sum it up if you want a job which pays decent and you wish to settle at Jamnagar with a peaceful life then this job is good for them.
