Lead Reporting and Presentation for Compliance & Security Function
Lead developing presentations pertaining to the activities of Compliance & Security function for Board of Directors, Management Committee and SMT meetings
Manage reporting obligations for Compliance & Security function, including any deviations or violations under various approved Policies & Regulations.
Collect relevant information / data from internal and external stakeholders and prepare backup materials for presentations / reports.
Transaction Governance and Compliance monitoring
Under the guidance of Head of Business Integrity and Corporate Ethics strategize and implement systems for transaction monitoring in high-risk areas from Ethics and Integrity (Anti-fraud, Anti-corruption, non-compliance with ethics code etc.) perspective
Contract reviews for mandatory contractual clauses relating to Hotline channel, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption and Data Protection.
Participate in negotiation, if any required with regards to Nayaras mandatory contractual clauses negotiation
Installation, development of compliance monitoring tool to track and control policy compliances as well as preventive and corrective actions.
Conduct periodic analysis on Nayara Energys counterparties and identify violations w.r.t approved policies.
Risk Management:Act as a Risk Manager for the department
Under guidance from Head- Business Integrity and Corporate Ethics:
Develop an Ethics and integrity risk management plan
across key business/functional areas in the company.
Engage as SPOC for assessments conducted by other internal/external teams, review outcomes and determine an actionable agenda for the Compliance & Security function.
Support in risk assessment for Fraud, Corruption & Bribery.
Develop central repository of risks in the form of Compliance & Security Risk Register and periodically update register.
Align risk management activities of the department with Enterprise Risk Management framework.
Identify areas wherein Fraud & Corruption Analytics can be deployed & support implementation of tool.

Special projects
Drive special initiatives of staff engagement e.g., compliance ambassadors, anti-corruption day, compliance week, etc.
Support major business decisions / proposals that are referred to the CCSO.
Assist in/independently manage special projects as may arise from time to time such as compliance reviews, technology roll out, compliance initiatives, etc.
Carry out specific assignments allotted by Chief Compliance & Security Officer/Head of Business Integrity and Corporate Ethics time to time
Research and knowledge building and administration matters
Conducting research involving knowledge of laws, regulations, international standards, emerging trends, ideas for testing compliance, overall good governance, etc.
Lead- MIS
Lead, development of Management Information System, Annual Business Plan for Compliance & Security function and periodic tracking.
Define key parameters required in MIS reports and develop multifunctional reporting template for the department.
Develop MIS reports pertaining to Compliance & Security activities for pre-determined intervals (weekly/ monthly/ yearly).
Develop Dashboard to capture key indicators for Compliance & Security function.
Support assessment and evaluation of activities for Compliance & Security function
Assist in development of Annual Balanced Scorecard, Key Performance Indicators, and Passports for the Compliance & Security function.
Support in developing Mid-term & Long-term Strategy for the function.
Lead evaluation and monitoring of the Key Performance Indicators and identify areas that require immediate action.
Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to collect data / reports / statistics & evaluate the accuracy of submissions made by sub-function owners.
Calculate overall KPI scores for the Compliance & Security function
Provide clarification, evidence, and documents to the Board of Directors/ Internal teams, as requested.
