MIS Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Management Information Systems (MIS) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our companys information systems, ensuring data accuracy, developing IT solutions, and ensuring business operations are efficient and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Management: Administer, maintain, and upgrade the companys MIS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and other business-critical data to support decision-making processes.
• System Integration: Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and implement system solutions and integrations across departments.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop customized reports and dashboards to present critical business data clearly and effectively to executives and managers.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies within business operations, recommending and implementing technological improvements or process automation.
• Support: Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues related to MIS systems, and train staff on the effective use of systems.
• Project Management: Lead or participate in IT-related projects aimed at improving systems and business processes.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that the MIS adheres to company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulatory requirements concerning data privacy and security.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation on system configuration, troubleshooting procedures, and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MIS, business analytics, or a related IT/technology role.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
