Job Description
About The
Role :
To partner with business and effectively implement various HR interventions for ensuring high employee engagement level and business continuity. Responsibilities
No
Performance Management
Educate all employee on the prevailing Performance Management System (BSC) and on e-compass and regular process changes
Lead the data validation process and ensure 100% compliance in terms of ratings being uploaded in system
Drive and track closure of PMS (half yearly and annual process) for Rest of Marketing function
This will include completion of Performance Contract, Mid-Year-Review and Annual Appraisal Process
Drive 100% Compliance
Facilitate in closing Increment, Salary correction and Promotion recommendation cases for the annual year
Implementation of entire promotion process right from Validating of eligible employees for promotion, scheduling the interviews to preparation of Individual Development Plan and identifying TNI. Improve effectiveness of strategy execution through Performance Management system. Identifying, execution and closure of Performance Improvement Plan
2 Talent Management
Identification of talent using tools like one on one discussion, PMS, 3X3 matrix etc. Develop leadership capabilities and pipeline for Succession planning with COE (IDP+ Assessment center)
Execute agreed interventions for identified talent pools. Engagement Surveys
Validate the employee base & reporting structure for employee engagement for marketing team. Drive & Monitor the actions plan identified for employment engagement for Marketing. Special projects
Work closely with HeadHR Marketing on various special projects. 5 Assessment Development Centre
Conduct ADC as per business needs and identify the internal pool for DDM/ HO roles. 6 Rewards & Recognition
To design RNR Program for entire Marketing function
To facilitate & implement RNR on Quarterly basis. To implement and drive culture of employee recognition through available recognition channel (GEM)

Employee Engagement
Initiatives
Designing & implementing employee engagement initiatives by connecting with Business Leaders and employees
Increase value through Employee Connect and Track, Monitor Employee Connect Initiatives
To prepare annual calendar for Employee connect initiatives and implement the same
Adherence to the Central Employee Connect Calendar
Monitor the progress of the Initiatives through Monthly Tracker
Popularize these initiatives
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
MBA-HR/PMIR/PGDM-HR
BBA/ B.E/B
Tech./B.Com
Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:
Relevant Experience:7-10 years
Total Experience:10-12 years
