Best opertunity for growth. Teammates are supportive, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
