Its a great opportunity to me working in Navitysas India private limited as a Associate Engineer. Now i can learn how we do work with Unioin and how can we deal with casual manpower. And also the cycle time of priduct is vry low 4 sec so i can learn how can we manage my work. Its also very helpful to me also for my future path. I don't like screaming of top level manager to their junior. And imsuliting them in front of other sometime they speak bad words. I think top level management thik if we screaming amd speak bad words then their employee do hard work. SPECIALLY:- THEY didn't give confirmation letter to some employees after completing their 6 month. This thing totally demotivate us. In my experience i see only this company which did such things.
