Navisite is the Worst organisation to work. They don't give any job security. Also, they only treat their employees as a profit parameter. If they face 1 rupees loss, they will fire you and even they will not co-operate after firing. Like they will not give you your money, salary n even the documents that you want they won't allow you to take.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
