Nothing to like about this terrible work place that tries to kill your confidence and demean you as an individual

- Worst work life balance, 7 days, anytime on call in the name of customer obsession (the work itself will not give u satisfaction) - Micro management of the extreme level (leaves of all employees are also approved by the founder along with any hiring at any level) - An atmosphere of no trust, never trust your manager, he would be the first one to throw you under the bus - There is no management, everything works on the cynical behaviour of the founder and others just need to say "yes boss, you are correct" - The founder has the right to abuse anyone anywhere in front of anyone while others watch the circus - The belief is that management trainee with 0-2 year work ex can do everything and people with experience are mocked and called incompetent - This is a toxic place that will leave you mentally disturbed and shattered, do not sell yourself for a few extra bucks...Read More

Dislikes

Worse people management no values for work but only for resumes who got b schools. Irrespective of the impact full work delivered end up as 3 rating and ignored in meetings and if the same word or statement used by someone come from elite schools they are valued. Hypocrisy is at peaks.

Dislikes are more In this company growth, hike and appraisal or promotion is only for managers bootlickers, buckets only for them. Here is an interesting part there is an so called manager he doesn't know a proper communication, there is no discipline, stinky fellow baths when RCB wins the match such a nasty fellow. And the other part here is an offer for bootlickers if you become team leader or manager even your lover can become an Team leader or manager The one TL he forced us for do funding but he his in the industry but not we. This company access customer's contact book for collecting the amount. In this company you can't survive until unless your bootlicker of North Indian. Extremely toxic workplace, full of office politics. The management is very incompetent and unimaginably toxic. No WLB, they expect you to be available and working 24 * 7 . Not a proper tech company as the focus is always on shipping in small time leading to very low-quality work.

Sales fulfillment team is not at all valued. Literally everyone are busy at saving their own jobs and for that everyone tries to steal results of other efforts and top management is so smart in encouraging such things. Very poor at identifying real contributor. Sales fulfillment is very much undervalued

They gave the excuse "we're unable to find a suitable position for you." Why Navi Why? Why you have taken the interview and completed all the rounds when you have to dump candidate like this.
