Almost everything is terrible. If you make the mistake of joining the company because they offer decent package, beware. It's not going to last. They can just come and remove you at any random time. - There are no leaves. - There is no good work ethic. - There's no proper idea of what they actually want to do with their app. - So many unethical things happen here. One such benefit is the opportunity for the personal growth and building resilience. The demading nature of the work at Navi can push individuals to their limits, forcing them to develop coping mechanisms and skills to navigate high pressure situations.

Dislikes

The toxic and demanding nature of management, placing excessive pressure on employees to work long hours and even on weekends. The arbitrary termination of employees without clear justification adds to an atmosphere of job insecurity. Review system raises concern about fairness and transparency, as employee evaluations seems to heavily rely on subjective judgment from managers. Compensation is the only good thing, and I would say, it is a trap.

You have to work 12-15 hours a day, and they call you at any time, in any situation if you do not pick they keep on calling. They say 5 days work but in actuality, 5 days work from the office 2 days work from home, cause you need to work on weekends also. The company started with great culture, growth and work life balance for first few years. Pay is good. Amenities includes gym, daycare, sports facilities

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. No good people are joining in tech despite of pay. Micromanagement. Single control from CEO. Complete work from office policy. WFH weren't allowed. So, employees were forced to put leaves and managers give tasks to complete even on weekends or leaves.
