The cohort consists of fun loving, intellectual individuals who're all committed to the organisational objectives.

Dislikes

Surprisingly the culture is toxic. Everyone is aggressive and there is a lack of team bonding. Everyone wants to pull the other person down and lead projects themselves. The seniors in the organisation are arrogant and think they know it all. I only wish the CEO knew what's happening.

You have to work 12-15 hours a day, and they call you at any time, in any situation if you do not pick they keep on calling. The company started with great culture, growth and work life balance for first few years. Pay is good. Amenities includes gym, daycare, sports facilities

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. No good people are joining in tech despite of pay. Micromanagement. Single control from CEO. Complete work from office policy. WFH weren't allowed. So, employees were forced to put leaves and managers give tasks to complete even on weekends or leaves.
