The company started with great culture, growth and work life balance for first few years. Pay is good. Amenities includes gym, daycare, sports facilities

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. No good people are joining in tech despite of pay. Micromanagement. Single control from CEO. Complete work from office policy. WFH weren't allowed. So, employees were forced to put leaves and managers give tasks to complete even on weekends or leaves.

The interview process at Navi is broken. After 5 rounds including cultural fitment round and 1 assignment. when the times comes for the offer letter release. They gave the excuse "we're unable to find a suitable position for you." Why Navi Why? Why you have taken the interview and completed all the rounds when you have to dump candidate like this. You will have different varieties of food everyday to hypnotise you after eating meal at least you will not leave the office immediately

1) no work life balance target is everything to the management need to work everyday atleast few hours even in your non working day they don’t care about your personal life 2) don’t expect promotion without having proper bucket with the management Because the higher management person is also just 10 or 12 th pass so the top person is bucket master and if you don’t follow bucket system you will not get growth 3) they will decided and do choose the person who is earning more incentive they will deduct his own hard earn money by saying you made some mistake on basis of a small escalation also 4) they just use you and want to grow in very rapid rate so don’t go there if you want any peace in life...Read More
