Work environment is so good and the growth structure is in systematic way. Giving good opportunity. And HR team is well and good. HR policies are good. For a fresher and a beginner it’s a perfect organisation to start his career.

One major this i dislike that , i feel some partiality is happening in different teams in the organisation. I am talking about my SBO department. Some people were unnecessary given high positions , which they don’t deserve that. And some people are supporting that thing . And one more thing is , every sunrise is bringing new new rules and regulations. Which is impacting the productivity.
