I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. - Dictator in the name of CEO, Incompetent leadership who only like and promote bootlickers - No data security of customers, uses unethical ways of doing business - No job security, can kick you out even if you are performing well without any kind of warning - Laid off 200-220 employees after hiring them in last 6 months regardless of performance and did not pay any severance
