You have to work 12-15 hours a day, and they call you at any time, in any situation if you do not pick they keep on calling. They say 5 days work but in actuality, 5 days work from the office 2 days work from home, cause you need to work on weekends also. - Dictator in the name of CEO, Incompetent leadership who only like and promote bootlickers - No data security of customers, uses unethical ways of doing business - No job security, can kick you out even if you are performing well without any kind of warning - Laid off 200-220 employees after hiring them in last 6 months regardless of performance and did not pay any severance

Almost everything is terrible. If you make the mistake of joining the company because they offer decent package, beware. It's not going to last. They can just come and remove you at any random time. - There are no leaves. - There is no good work ethic. - There's no proper idea of what they actually want to do with their app. - So many unethical things happen here. Micromanagement at all levels, no one has the power to say no to what CEO says or thinks is right. No discussion , everything just comes from top and you have to agree. Worst culture.
