I completed my articleship with NPCA in Accounts & Tax department. and it was an exception experience. The firm provides excellent work culture with Saturday Sunday off, they also have standard leave policy so you can plan your study leave accordingly and the work is planned so excellently even in july seasons you don't need to worklate nights. In Tax department you get direct access to the partner Mr. Ranjit Natu who is extremely supportive and approachable. Under his Guidance i have learn everything from basic accounting to handling complex NRI returns and scrutiny notices. Overall all culture is really good, it’s a very hard to find CA firm which give you a good work life balance, Good amount of Exposure. Along with Good culture. All the staff including partners are really very friendly.

The firm has really good client base. We get to complete full audit procedure from start to end. The seniors are very supportive. The firm also have so many activities planned for employees other than work like for skill development, enjoyment.

The firm is not worth to join. Immence politics in taxation department. Manager mam and director sir give names to client and employees. They think that everyone is below them. Partner is not interested in day to day activities. I would say don't join here at any cost, even if this is the last option. Very strict timing for employees and article. With no leave in emergency as well.

The behavior of senior management is downright appalling. Instead of fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, they engage in micromanagement, favoritism, and outright disrespect. It's clear that some senior staff members are only interested in maintaining power and control rather than cultivating a healthy, productive work environment.There is no accountability for senior leaders’ behavior, and it’s disheartening to see them get away with treating employees poorly. The lack of leadership and respect from senior management has made this job emotionally exhausting and demoralizing. It’s hard to stay motivated when you’re constantly facing such a toxic environment. It’s difficult to stay engaged in your work when you’re constantly worried about being verbally attacked or embarrassed for the smallest mistakes. The constant barrage of personal insults affects mental peace and well-being. It’s difficult to stay focused and efficient when you’re always worried about being publicly humiliated or belittled The pressure to meet unreasonable deadlines without adequate guidance or recognition is a constant source of stress.
