Not at all friendly work environment and culture. The teammates are supportive and helpful, though the management isn't transparent. The office is 1000- 1200 sqft in size with no amenities but drinking water. Company policies dosent exist, monopoly rules here. Hike is 2-3% per year. Worst part is they can kick any time as the contract of work has to be renewed every 3months. Only benifit is u get lots of holiday as per state government holiday calendar. But there is no leave with pay in this company....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
