NIC it is an best organization in India and more than 250 employees are working in NIC. It is the best place for working in India. Also we can gain lot of knowledge from our senior employees. All are very kind and friendly working employees but I missed the organisation due to a small wound on my leg.

Our TD is very helpful . Technology exposers are there our TD always encourage me to do new thing. I got good work culture and skilled couligue. 1) As I was a NICSI employee and its on contract job so salary structure is very poor although we can get more salary in private company than NIC Nicsi employee. 2) Job is on work-order basis so related department always delay the payment and it could be delay up to 2 to 8 months also so it mentaly disturb the employee sometime so definatly this is the area where NIC and department need to work together....Read More
