This is the government organisation.

Dislikes

So pathetic. It is the government organisation funded by Central govt of India under the ministry of Information and broadcasting. No innovations and growth.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
