According to other local company in the city this company is good if we compare. Allow you to work any technology if you want. Give you responsibility for project and allow you to grow in your carrier.

Even if you are doing well enough only those people can get awards that are near to management side. Your efforts will not count once you did mistake. If your client said any thing negative about your skill and your increment period is coming near then your increment will be worst. Politics

I started my career here as a trainee and then I got a full time job as a software engineer and then I got promotion as a senior software engineer, so my overall experience in Narola is awesome for me and if you work hard then you got your achievement here and not listen some inappropriate reviews like there is some politics, not give proper guidens etc..., so if you work hard for company then they will surely appreciate your afforts. As a salary wise this company give high pay scale as surat wise and if you put some extra afford you got bonus also sometime.
