Company atmosphere and culture are so good. CEO of the company is such a great personality. Also the coligues are so good and helpful. Senior HR is also very supportive.

Dislikes

If I give my opinion in limited word then it's good company with bad authorize and responsible personality. They don't have ability to manage their genuine and loyal employees, with huge staff they have just few countable persons which work consistently since last 3 or more years. Senior person don't have idea how much and which kind of work done by the employees. Different rules for different employees. Senior person not able to accept their mistakes, also they don't have an appropriate answer of your questions. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
