Nothing is there to like except the students.

1)I haven't seen such a terrible institution life before. Coming here made me understand how bad an institute can be for teachers. 2)People here are treated more like machines than employees. Whatever work needs to be done, they just make the teachers do it. 3)After working for a month, they say they can't pay you a salary and you'll have to work for another month if you want your salary. 4)They don't even mention a single word about their rules and regulations before you join. 5)They reveal everything after you've joined. Enjoyed the training which helps me to learn different ways to motivate students in science and mathematics, liked different examination processes and the programmes which are trying to develop different co curricular activities among children but felt that too much lengthy school time make the students and teachers exhausted at the end of the day.
