Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

There is nothing which I can say that is favourable for employees prospective. There is no office timing you have to start strictly around 9:30 in the morning and no timing in evening it can be 11:00pm. No reimbursement, lots of work pressure. VP of this company Mr. Jaideep is an idiot. He only know how to create pressure to his juniors.

Dislikes

It doesn't matter whether you are experience or not you will be responsible for whole new market without proper training. Even the product which they manufactures is full of complaints and generally not accepted by OEM's. Then they bribe to the senior positions for product approval. There is a office in Mumbai but no office in otherregion like Chennai, Delhi etc. Its totally a field job. You will never get the full- reimbursement. In short, this is a company which ruins the people career and mind....Read More

We have to unnecessary visit all the dealers and OEM's office regularly and asking for sales whether they are liking us or not. Company says you have to pitch sales anyhow.

Pathetic and company is known by not settling final settlements. Forceful Resignation culture is there. Average working tenure of any person is not more than 6-9months. Product it manufacture is full of complain and is often not acceptable to market.

1. The working culture is as pathetic as it can be. 2. They treat their employees like their personal properties. They think that as they're paying salaries you are bound to do anything and everything. Doesn't matter how educated or efficient you're, you'll always be treated as a glorified worker. 3. There's no specified time of office hrs..you'll be judged for leaving the office after 6pm. They expect you to work late office hrs EVERYDAY!!! 4. The attitude of the management is horrible as if they've bought you. 5. The CEO marketing has literally no marketing skills..He's in the company only bcz of the MD. In the last 1.5years of work I haven't seen any marketing person working under him stays longer than 6 months..most of them leave after 2-3 months. 6. They cancel "NATIONAL HOLIDAYS"!!! 7. No incentive or bonus scheme..you'll only get salary. 8. Unfortunately there isn't single reason that can keep employees in the company. I would recommend to join NANOVA CARE COAT only if you're fool or broke. Thank you....Read More
