General Manager Balaji is a worst Person as a personally and Professionally I have ever seen in my life He don't Have managerial Skills and Calls himself as a GM (may be he thinks different for GM) Comes to office 1 or 2 times a month And don't attend meetings and not even talks with employees and don't know whats happening and howcome he becomes a GM like these qualities and He will not take any Ideas or Inputs and thinks he is superios and Same with so called CEO Ajay Sunkara (I would like to call him Ajay Sunta raa(Worst Fellow in meaning)) Cause he comes ones in a year and wants the company to give enormus profits and Don't know that Product managers are doing mafia and they were colloborating with Vendors and getting commisions for the products they bought and many things were happening Thank god I got out this shit recently I urge no one to go into this company even if they provide 10X the salary...Read More

No support, no proper management, not even product manager communicated with fresher i.e juniors only listens to seniors, highly toxic, not good for everyone, it will spoil mental health and personal peace, As a former employee I went through depression due to the product manager and seniors of java team, out work is not even recognised by any one even we worked till 2.30 at night, salaries were always late, till we didn't get provident fund for last years, they don't even know the software culture and they will not respect you and your work, I'm so much happy to leave this company...Read More

The major drawbacks of working in Nala Robotics is the prevalence of Internal politics,which can create toxic environment. Additionally, the absence of a well-defined mission and vision structure leaves employees feeling directionless. Instead of fostering innovation & Technologies, some leaders are more focused on advancing their own positions. Furthermore, The lack of emphasis on recognizing and rewarding employees for their hard work contributes to a sense of disengagement. the pervasive culture of micro-Management exacerbates these issues,making it challenging for employees to thrive in such an environment. last but not least "Salary disbursements and lack of timely creditation.
