Interaction with T.Management with all reviews which are relevant too. Knowledgeable brain storming. Forward to system driven .

Job security - Good

Dislikes

May be just more focus on future expansions. Long Delayed in appraisals. No decision taking authority to plant level. Area congestion.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
