Here the work culture is very much good, no bossy nature of seniors and most important they value personal life as well. There is Jalsa on annual basis where resources from across Nagarro can meet up and take a chill pill from 9 to 5. Overall my experience is good and satisfying.

It will not come into dislike but yes in Support side the packages are very low, they are offering same CTC 5 year's ago to freshers and still it's same
