Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

It’s really rubbish that they think only BGav can describe the real caliber of an employee I got interviewed with them so far in April 2024 after the rigorous followup I received an email regarding my selection in their co and I was about to join the co in June 2024 but they made me wait until the BGV done before that they didn’t make me join the organisation due to which I lost both the jobs because after receiving the offer letter from NAB I was quite satisfied and resigned from my last organisation but NAB also ditched me at last moment due to which I lost my 2 jobs at a time. Very pathetic people inhuman they are don’t even understand sentiments of people I will also raise a complain on them so that they will also get to know that normal people like us are not weak we can fight for us to take justice.
