It is one of the worst companies that has a tie-up with the Magicpin. It is like a third party that provides the customer service for the Magicpin. The manager working in MFS is Nagendaran who treats fellow employees as his slave and treats them badly in front of other agents. The HR is irresponsible don't have the basic courtesy tolook after the employee's needs and issues. Overall a bad company and companies like these should never exist and also their website is useless from which you can understand the company's culture. It is stupid organisation run by uneducated and incompetent people who don’t understand anything. Employees are asked to beg customers for positive ratings. They don’t pay the employees and when asked they’ll make some stupid guidelines. The manager and team leaders are so incompetent and they really don’t care about anything other than fake ratings.

I love this work so much. I can manage my time according to my work schedule. Aside from that, I am able to study as well. I have time for myself. They pay on time. I am fully satisfied with this work.

There is no time limit for work. You can get work after 8-9 pm as well. sometimes you will not get any cases to work. Overall, I am satisfied with this job.
