Company is open to innovation and adopt latest technologies.

Dislikes

Compensation not good, growth, training,development is only limited to 1-2 persons who are within the closed loop of manager. no value of hard working people. work life means only work, no life. Leave policy is very good, but you can't enjoy leave, very strict to sprint deadlines, if are planning take leave, then you should ready for sleepless nights.
