1. Poor management 2. Not able to bring new customers, struggling to retain existing customers. 3. No Hike since two years 4. Each resource will be working in 3-4 different projects, no peaceful working culture. 5. Project managers who does nothing except escalating own resources 6. No skillset improvement, company does nothing to improve skillset, everyone does only manual work.
