Low rate of milk ,the dairy farmers in loss, and feed rates so high range, no govt policy with milk producers G, good opportunity in company feedback

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
