It's just a shit home , where they hire more than they need like 5-600 plus every year with a 4y bond and fire them anytime they want in name of bad performance but employee cannot leave if they receive better opportunities

All stupid politics from top management to below layers where everyone wanted to grow at the expense of others, no one values your hard work but just how good you are with management and regional favourtisim shit and HR is BU puppet

Frequent firing ironically more than number of hiring and you can’t leave the company as there is bond of 4.5 years with 10 lakh penalty. So they fire you whenever they want to but you cant leave any time you want to.
