You will meet some good people here. While there is always a blend of people in each organization, MTAP is diverse and functions in multiple cities across India. The team size isn't too large hence there is a lot of communication between all the employees. Reaching to the senior management directly isn't an issue as they're always there to get constructive criticism. There are plenty of growth opportunities within the organization if you work towards them. Work-life balance is great. Based on the current scenario of WFH the entire while of Covid, there isn't much that was noticed.

My work includes finding corporate clients in the domestic market specifically in the work location. It is an end to end sales role which includes meeting different people at large companies and acquiring the client (closure).

I have been working for a year and so far have very good experience with MTAP Technologies. Great Management team who are supportive and patient. Great Team bonding across regions. Sales head has been supportive and encouraging since day one.

Dislikes

Lengthy on boarding process. But its okay as Its one time and important.

Excellent work culture. This is undoubtedly the best company I have worked for. The management is very supportive. I joined as a Customer Success Executive and in just 12 months got promoted to lead the Hyderabad region.
