Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The benefits that come from working here are above and beyond the monetary rewards we receive. Management gives constructive criticism when it's needed and praise when it's due. I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else in my career. Good upskilling opportunities. Decent pay hike and variable payout as compared to other peers.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is not up to the mark for a couple of projects. A more streamlined approach to addressing workflow challenges would contribute to smoother operations.
