Dislikes: no growth can be expected from this company.(both professionally or even as a human) the HR department are there for just numbers.. none of the have any skill or proper education or good communication skills, In the name of modernizing the company none of them follow ethics mainly the HR heads. unplanned implementations just to show they are doing something. But it disturbs a person who is actually doing an important task than logging into some app. not even one good knowledge person is assigned to help with it everyone will send you to one or the other person to ruin you time. I would recommend a knowledge test by the CMD to everyone in the HR department from a trainee to the Head of the department in basic communication, excel skills , what basic HR terms actually mean, how to guide the sub ordinates, how to not treat employees like shit and throw your tantrums ...clear communication......Read More

Very bad office culture. It is not a listed company, so the owner does whatever they feel like. Making all sorts of new and stupid rules to harass the employees. You are not allowed to go out before time. If you do, you need to get a signed pass from your manager, I mean is this a school. What kind of a company does that.

Quality control HOD Mr.Boddu Ayyappasway has worst candidate and torture employees by showing cast feelings. If employees belongs to his cast whatever mistakes they did he won’t say anything and give promotions and hikes. And people he won’t like he will show torture and make them to go out. Management should look into this matter seriously.

They took chemical engineers from college placement but they designated the postion in production department and for girls they designated as documentation in pd lab,how can they work in that areas after studying chemical engineering .

The CMD and his children are really good in Nature. They are good in talking with every level of employees and good in response.

Unfortunately the Department heads are worst and some of them are greedy to work after the retirement also. They are sadistic, cruel, always looks for the respect, and treat the employee very badly. Many of the employees undergone stress, BP fluctuations, some of them are seriously ill. Just for their better life they can do anything including spoiling other people's career.
