MSN R&D center is good to initiate career in Organic Chemistry Synthesis. You will learn so many easy and helpfully purification techniques that will not be taught everywhere. They will expose to documentation at Junior level. Just only one condition is you have to Adaptive towards learning. Initially you will be less salary. When you work more than 2 to 3 years you will get good salary.

Some where HR policies are stopping the growth of youths as they are making 3 years Job Agreement compulsory.

Quality control HOD Mr.Boddu Ayyappasway has worst candidate and torture employees by showing cast feelings. If employees belongs to his cast whatever mistakes they did he won’t say anything and give promotions and hikes. And people he won’t like he will show torture and make them to go out. Management should look into this matter seriously.

The CMD and his children are really good in Nature. They are good in talking with every level of employees and good in response.

Unfortunately the Department heads are worst and some of them are greedy to work after the retirement also. They are sadistic, cruel, always looks for the respect, and treat the employee very badly.
