They took chemical engineers from college placement but they designated the postion in production department and for girls they designated as documentation in pd lab,how can they work in that areas after studying chemical engineering .

Msn group don't want chemists thought s.... Position people's are not interested Share to ground level and not only one matter total behaves different. HR team also no communctions to employees. All are each one's own ditions...some group political s and Daily work status also falls reporting said to superior...

Mangers behaviour culture not good....all units are same.. Mangers direct ly said wants only uneducated s.. magior mangers also stock market playing total work ing hours..based on some support ed employees are playing.

Quality control HOD Mr.Boddu Ayyappasway has worst candidate and torture employees by showing cast feelings. If employees belongs to his cast whatever mistakes they did he won’t say anything and give promotions and hikes. And people he won’t like he will show torture and make them to go out. Management should look into this matter seriously.

The CMD and his children are really good in Nature. They are good in talking with every level of employees and good in response.

Unfortunately the Department heads are worst and some of them are greedy to work after the retirement also. They are sadistic, cruel, always looks for the respect, and treat the employee very badly. Many of the employees undergone stress, BP fluctuations, some of them are seriously ill. Just for their better life they can do anything including spoiling other people's career. Dislikes: no growth can be expected from this company.(both professionally or even as a human) the HR department are there for just numbers.. none of the have any skill or proper education or good communication skills, In the name of modernizing the company none of them follow ethics mainly the HR heads. unplanned implementations just to show they are doing something. But it disturbs a person who is actually doing an important task than logging into some app. not even one good knowledge person is assigned to help with it everyone will send you to one or the other person to ruin you time.
