Good company to work,you have a scope for your career growth vertically as well as laterally.Salary for skilled person no bar,maintain good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Don't have much of training programme.

It's good house to work.As company is very ethical and work on compliances so it's little bit difficult to work in the competitive market but that's what the challenge is and that is what you will get self satisfaction to work for this organisation.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
