A great place to work. Very few companies care about employees and their families. And Mscti is one of them. They have great policies for employee benefits and nice work culture.

GoodGood work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The candidate who has completed his or her graduation or the fresher ready to join immediately or anybody who don’t want to jump any other organisation for the next 3years then MSC would be the best choice.

Dislikes

You’re always been micromanaged by your manager’s and other work colleagues. This organisation has strong 3years of bond for the fresher in their HR policy. Politics within the team is high. For experienced candidate this will not be the right choice. No cab provided for transport. They will simple give you the loads and loads of tra ining video and the training plan which you can’t able to digest as a whole.
