It’s a great product based company which deals with the application and program development for our shipping and logistics business. The company culture is very nice and the work life balance is great. There is good potential for anyone who is interested to learn and continuously being challenged with new opportunities, to grow within the organisation. Apart from the salary structure and culture, other benefits such as medical insurance, gifts and other perks are being offered by the organisation.

Dislikes

There is no such thing as dislike about this organisation. All the requests of the employees are continuously reviewed by the organisation and the same is met.

Dislikes

No independence to convey opinion, PPL who stays more than 10years are being blockers to new joiners though highly experienced. These old people are becoming leaders and spoils the culture and brand.

GoodGood work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
